Full‑Time or Seasonal Landscape Team Member

Seasonal employees must be available for the full landscape season.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with planting, mulching, edging, and garden bed installation
  • Help with tree and shrub planting in residential and commercial settings
  • Operate basic landscape tools and equipment
  • Load and unload materials, soil, and plants
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers on‑site
  • Support greenhouse and nursery tasks during peak seasons

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
  • Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or outdoor labor preferred (training available)
  • Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working as part of a small, close‑knit team
  • Season‑long availability is required for seasonal positions

Green House Team Member

Position Overview Greenhouse Team Members support daily operations across our growing houses and nursery. This role is active, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, working outdoors, and being part of a close‑knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planting, transplanting, watering, and general plant care
  • Maintain clean, organized greenhouse and nursery spaces
  • Load customer orders and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Help with inventory, labeling, and merchandising
  • Support seasonal tasks such as hanging baskets, potting, pruning, and moving plant material
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily and seasonal goals

Requirements

  • Full availability during the main growing season (April–June), including weekends and extended hours as needed
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
  • Comfortable working in warm, humid greenhouse environments and outdoor conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience in greenhouse, nursery, landscaping, or agricultural work
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic plant knowledge
